Eric opened his first gig in Tokyo, this day, Eric and the band played with Tower of Power, they were staying in Tokyo during their Japan tour.

2003/06/13 Eric joined the stage "Tribute to Chase"

Masahiro Kobayashi designed the stage called "Tribute to Chase", and called other 3 Japanese trumpet players - Eric Miyashiro, Shiro Sasaki, Koji Nishimura. The show started with "Open Up Wide" and closed with "Close Up Tight", and they also played "Get It On" for encore. After all, they played 14 tunes, it was real brass rock show.

2003/05/16 Eric appeared on some TV show prodrams

Eric's made some TV performances on NHK, a national station. This experience is worth and glorious one for the both Eric and we EM fanatics.

2003 Spring Eric started his new recording

His second solo album project has just started. If all goes smoothly, we are able to get it in hands before this Summer. Please wait for further news.

2002/12/30 Eric is planning his second solo album

at the latest live stage, Eric told us he is planning the second solo album. It'll be full of his original tunes, and will be released in the next Spring or early Summer.

2002/12/27 Eric will be on year end TV program

Eric announced that he played some music for Kouhaku Uta Gassen^*, and also he will be on stage as a back musician for the show.

^*Kouhaku Uta Gassen, is an annual NHK sponsored year-end men versus women singing contest and we meet the 52nd show this year. It is known as national pastime among Japanese people.

2002/12/25 Eric's guide book published

Eric's book "Eric's BRASS TECHNIC GUIDE" is published on 25 December. This mook is based on his some columns writen for PIPERS, a magazine for many fans who loves brass sound music.

2002/11 Eric made first tour to Hokkaido

Eric and the band appeared in Hokkaido and showed their powerful and fascinated live stage. This is their first trip to Hokkaido.
